Highly Effective B2B Sales Campaign
TDC Erhverv is the business-directed branch of TDC. We helped launch TDC Erhverv One – a product that unifies internet access, IP- and mobile telephony and a switchboard in one integrated solution. The major challenge was to convince small- and medium-sized companies to invest in better solutions when the predominant agenda is telephony budget cost-cutting.
We created the campaign based on a thorough understanding of the customer journey. The campaign managed to convert awareness to involvement in form of massive traffic to the campaign site. Among other content elements on the site, the decision maker was able to configure his/her own solution and calculate the estimated solution cost. It generated leads for the advisors who in advance had been properly educated.
The targets for the campaign were ambitious. But nevertheless the results outperformed index for similar campaigns. More than 10,000 unique decision-makers visited the campaign site, a multitude of leads were generated and sales were app. 3 times higher than expected. In fact the campaign managed to deliver a Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) of 3,84 within the first year.
The campaign was nominated for the Advertising Effectiveness Award.
